By using MeterKit ("the App"), you agree to the following terms.
MeterKit grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
MeterKit provides approximate measurements for informational purposes only. The App is not a certified measurement instrument. Readings from the Sound Meter, Vibration Meter, Magnetometer, and other tools should not be used as a substitute for professional-grade equipment.
The Hearing Test feature is not a medical diagnostic tool. Results are approximate and depend on your headphones, environment, and device. Always consult a qualified audiologist for hearing concerns.
MeterKit offers a one-time, non-consumable purchase ("MeterKit Pro") that unlocks premium tools. Upon install, a 3-day free trial provides access to all tools. After the trial, premium tools require purchase. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any measurement or reading.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to reliance on measurement readings.
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
